    An amazing team, great staff, and a quality customer service methodology many businesses should study carefully. The recent automotive service completed on both my family vehicles by V&F Auto was not only exemplary and professional, but proved to be the best customer service example I have experienced over 40 years of owning an automobile. First, their ability to both communicate, treat the customer with respect and care, while also remembering that they are a service organization dealing with a very important personal investment, shines through brilliantly from the moment you walk through their doors. At the beginning of the communication process - during the first online outreach to make an appointment for service - Nicole (owner) was very quick and efficient, ensuring that I was taken care of immediately both in scheduling, confirming, and following up on the work that needed to be completed. After having much less satisfactory experiences at other shops for much less involved service, I am extremely happy that I contacted Nicole and invested in this business. I will now regard V&F as "my shop" and will only use them for service in the future. A solid, local family business of three generations that should be supported by the community without hesitation. Nicole and her team has my endorsement. She should be proud of what she and her family has built. Many thanks. I will definitely see them again soon!
