    I am a repeat client. Ordered half dozen ceiling medallions for an interior design client of mine who owns several, historic, residences he is renovating. The principal was outstanding in his response and made suggestions that pleased my client. Made me look pretty good! I have recommended Boston Ornament Company to my design colleagues repeatedly from here ( Boston) to ****** and everywhere in between for decades. Yes, decades. Never disappoints. Thank you for always exceeding expectations!

    I ordered two pieces from them on February 6, 2024. The website says that it takes about 2 weeks to create and ship standard orders (of which mine would be one). As of today, March 5, 2024, i have not heard from them once. I have been emailing to request status, and have gotten no replies. I have called many, many times and am unable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full. And i have even tried to reach out to them on Instagram and had no luck.Their website lists my order as "unfulfilled", but they have had my money for a month already and not been in contact with updates or questions on their side.
