    I posted events on the YayMaker website -- I was told by ***** and **** of YayMaker that I will receive 90% of the ticket price. No stipulations were given regarding any restrictions with receiving the 90% . After the event on October 1st, I was only given 70% of the ticket price. When I asked why, I was given a list of stipulations that I was never told prior to the event. This is definitely deceptive business practice to give someone the impression that they will receive a certain percentage and give them no expectations as to how to meet the percentage and then after the date determine that they don't arbitrarily meet expectations the you never communicated.

    After the pandemic, I've been trying to reschedule an event and each time I've had to pay additional fees. I've tried to reschedule again and they will not allow me to apply the voucher codes they issued. They've had my money for months now and I've filled multiple customer service tickets and now they're not answering them. They've taken my money with no intention to follow through on services paid for. I would like a full refund!

    I am open to this resolution; however, can you please detail the refunded amount? Have you considered all payments I've made including the one not listed in the screenshot? I just want to confirm both these and my other ticket I had to repurchase was all refunded correctly before closing this matter. 

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

    All customer purchases made to ******************** have been refunded. One for $61.78 and one for $30.14. There are no other purchases we see with the customer name and email. address to refund.

    I have a voucher for Yaymaker. My friend and I originally purchased the tickets in Jan of 2020 for an event on March 30, 2020. Due to COVID the event was cancelled. I have periodically asked for a refund for the event as there has been no new Yaymaker in person event in my area that is the same type of event. The original event was a Seascape scene. As I stated, I have contacted the company a few times and I keep being told that my voucher is still valid and I can use my code at another event. With nothing similar to what I had purchased the voucher is useless. I respectfully request a refund.

    January 5th, 2022 I purchased 4 tickets for an event, I ended up having to cancel on the event and was emailed vouchers that could be used to reschedule for a later date which did not appear to expire. In may I attempted to schedule another event using the vouchers on March 29th and the vouchers ALL came up invalid. I emailed yaymaker to let them know about the issue so I could have it resolved and I received no response. I emailed again on April 5th, again, no response. The total for my tickets was $110.00. This has been the worst experience Ive had with a company. Im out this money and no response from the company.
