    Absolutely terrible service. We scheduled movers many weeks in advance for May 10 2025. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 5-7 pm. They never arrived and each time we called asking for an update, we were told that theyre still complete previous job. The movers finally arrived at 10:15 pm. This put us in so much trouble because were not even able to make any alternative arrangements for moving our stuff.The move was scheduled to be 3 hours long but it took almost 5.5 hours and was finally completed at 3:45 am. We basically spent all night waiting for the move to complete. We were able to talk to the manager at 4 am. We had to fight long and hard to make the manager understand how terrible this experience was and that they shouldnt be charging us for 5.5 hours. The manager tried to accuse us of not rescheduling our move but the reality was that there was no way for us to reschedule it as we werent able to contact the office at all and even when we contacted the office, they werent giving us any clarity on the status of the movers. Finally they gave us a small discount in exchange for the removal of any negative reviews online. I truly appreciate the discount but Im simply not comfortable with removing my review because it is important for others to understand both the good and the bad sides of this service.I wish I could give zero stars and I wish there was a way to report this unprofessional behavior. Im sure all the positive reviews are fake because I cant believe that a moving company with such great reviews would have such abysmal customer service.

    Stay away from this company at all costs!TERRIBLE!!They quoted a price to move a 1 bedroom apt from ****** to ******* at a little over $1000.00.They had to load a truck the 1st day and deliver it the next morning 9 miles away.The 1st day they charged $3400.00 to load the truck (tons of extra fees). There were 2 slow moving workers and if we had to help them. Then charged another $1200.00 to unload it the following day. They were 11 hours late on delivery. We kept calling and they couldn't give us an ETA and they didn't know where the truck was. They were scheduled to unload at 1pm and didn't arrive until MIDNIGHT!. We waited 11 hours UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!Total price was $4400.00 Even 1 star review is too good.I will keep pursuing this situation.

    Pleasant impressions from both the company and the team. The guys worked clean, fast, neat. Everyone is happy. Special thanks to the manager - professional work. Everything's prompt and clear. **** definetely contact AOA Moving Company again!

    I hope to not have to move for at least the next five years, but if I had to move again I would definitely use AOA Movers again. The guys worked really hard, moved quickly, and were very friendly. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are transparent. I trust them, so you should as well :)

    We used AOA for an early morning Sunday. They showed up on time and the move went very smoothly! It was raining and cold AND there was a street fair going on right on the street we moved to. They parked half a block away and carried all of our stuff into our new place, no drama. I will absolutely use them again! I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks guys!!

    Highly recommend this company! Don't squander a golden opportunity to move with AOA Moving Services!After a busy student life, I moved from the ** area to North ******. Usually to find movers is challenging in summer, but I was lucky with AOA Moving Services. AOA guys were helpful and committed to helping me despite my busy schedule! They are true Profesional in their field!
