      Im extremely upset with Micozzi Management and their lack of care, along with the unhelpful staff. Last night at 11 PM, I briefly parked in front of apartment 204 to pick up my dog before moving to my designated spot. Despite this, Blondie Towing took my car, claiming it was improperly parked. I called management over 8 times, speaking to 3 different people, begging them to contact the towing company to clarify I was parked correctly.The towing company demanded money and gave conflicting stories, claiming management called them, then denying it. When I called again, staff gave vague responses, promised follow-ups that never happened, and even hung up on me multiple times. Despite paying monthly fees for a secure property, my carwith the proper stickerwas taken. The towing company even involved the police, who said this was a private matter.This isnt the first time; when I first moved here around 12-1 still fixing my ****, forgot to put the sticker on my car because I was exhausted and it slipped my mind but I parked my car at my assisted spot, these people let them take my car, my sisters car was also stolen by individuals here and nothing was resolved, and my property has been damaged by workers. I need answers immediately or I will escalate this legally.

      This is by far the worst place to rent from. As long as you pay your rent they don't care. I have water leaking into my apartment from my window. They come and paint the window without fixing the leak and it smells moldy in my apartment. We are on the 5th request for them to fix it and still nothing. Now I am withholding rent and now they are concerned. ***** is one of the rudest people I ever had the displeasure of speaking with.Be forewarned!!!
