I placed an order with the company for 2 of their products. They were shipped, but I never received the product. After multiple days trying to get in touch with customer service, I was sent an insurance form which I filled out and submitted. I was told it would take a week to process and then a replacement order would be processed. It has been over a month and no update has been given. Multiple attempts to reach the company have failed - to response is ever received.Business Response

Order was placed 11/28, order was shipped 1/10 after cancelling half of my order, package arrived 1/11. I received the order with 2 holes in it. I reached out to the company to see if there was something we could do to resolve this matter, they did not respond. Gunamuna charges for shipping, only for it to be very delayed. That's fine! It was the holiday season. I placed the order November 24 2023. It arrived December 16, 2023. That was great, no complaints. I understand delays. BUT I ordered a 1 TOG sleep sack for my child. I did this so she could wear it in the summer, it's cooler than the sleep sack that she has. But they sent me a 2.6 tog instead, which is only appropriate for winter and cooler temperatures, which our house will not be. I have emailed them thrice. The first was on December 16th immediately upon noticing the error. No response. I tried again December 27. No response. I tried to message them on ********* comment on their ads, no response. I've emailed them again today (January 5). I'm not sure what to do, i can't safely use this sleep sack for my child in warm weather, it's dangerous. I need the 1 tog rating.Business Response

I purchased a sleep sack from the gunamuna.com website on November 27th. I inquired about a shipping date the following week, and was told that it would be mailed out within 7 days of the call. I have yet to receive any notifications about the item I ordered, and I have still not received it. When I emailed multiple times and tried to call the business, no one is answering.
