      The customer service and sales team of this ********************** have provided false information and have not been transparent with charges to me on my account.When I started getting oil delivery services through this company, I was told I would owe a flat rate of $160 on a monthly basis, and oil would be delivered monthly. Our plan was called the budget plan.Recently I was notified by the company that I exceeded the amount of oil that is covered by my plan, and I owe a balance of $517.23. When I called for clarification as to how I owe this much when I have been making my monthly payments they told me that even though I was paying consistently, the company was delivering more oil than they thought we would need and now we owe them for the extra oil that was delivered. Please note, the company was not consistently delivering oil and had skipped delivering in October and delivered oil twice in ***uary. When I tried to dispute this with the company that this is not what I signed up for, and tried to confirm my plan was only supposed to be $160 monthly, they told me that the brochure that they provided me originally to explain the plan was only a concept and that I do not only owe $160 a month. My Fiancee and I spoke again with them today, 3/25/25, and spoke to several different employees including ***** ******** ********, and ***. ******** being the worst. Everyone my Fiancee and I spoke with were condescending, rude, spoke down to both of us, and blamed our misunderstanding on being first time home owners. *** would not provide any sort of resolution besides making us set up a payment plan to owe the balance that we should not be responsible for due to the poor communication, and misrepresentation of the services offered to us. I am disgusted with the way we were treated by these employees, and their blatant disrespect and dishonesty towards me and my Fiance and need to take this farther than the terrible customer service team who handle the phones for this company.

      I have an update regarding this issue, with no notice I received an attempted charge on my bank account for the **************************** stated I owe them. This was declined as I do not have that much money in my bank and when I called Noonan the person who answered, ****, did not have an explanation as to why this was charged today. She offered a callback from Jan.

      I have had the opportunity to speak with ****** about the situation related to her account with ******************************************* Corp. It is never our intent to mislead anyone on what the budget plan provides for our customers. Given that it is not a fixed price plan the budget provides customers the opportunity to spread out their estimated payments for fuel over many months. Occasionally, when the weather is colder than normal, prices are higher than normal or the usage pattern of a customer or home changes the budget needs to be modified to account for the change. That was the situation in this circumstance and the conversation ensued regarding adjusting the budget so that there was not a large payment at the end. Many customers are appreciative of an adjustment in advance so as not to have to make one large payment at the end. ****** and **** did not want to make the change to the budget and were adamant that they were told they only had to pay $160.00 per month for the duration of the plan. Given the circumstances, Jan and myself have offered to make payment arrangements that fit ****** and ****** needs and budget or continue with the agreed upon payments of $160.00 per month. We regret that they feel we were not clear about what the budget plan entailed.
