    I have paid Etinde Painting $4,600 around March 29, 2022. The company is owned by ********* **********************, who goes by ****. The first $4,300 was transferred to his banking account: Bank routing # *********; Bank account **********. The remaining $300 was via a check sent along with a signed copy of the contract. For a total price of $13,800, here is what the agreement calls for his company to do: To stain the exterior wood shingles and paint wood trim, this includes to power wash the entire house to get rid of mildew and dirt. Wood shingles will receive one coat of semi-solid stain oil finish Some wood shingles that will be sanded will receive two(2) coats of oil semi solid stain wet on wet to bring it close to the darken ones Wood trim will receive two coats of Satin finish 100% acrylic Latex Stain the patio Paint the kitchen door Mr. ********************** indicated that he would do the power washing in May, and the painting during the summer. He does not answer his phone (the voice mail response says to leave a message, but the voice mailbox is always full). Since he received the money, he has stopped responding to emails. Please help me either get my money back or convince him to communicate with me, which should include setting a time for the power wash and painting to begin.
