      After seaching through countless contractors i was relieved to finally find Dukes with Ben W. He offers all the services in one company that it takes to do all the updateing i need to do to my home saving me a ton of money in the long run. His team was polite and professional and I cant wait to use them again.

      Dukes has been working on my back yard including new wood fence, 10 trees removed and excavated, back yard drainage and leveling off the back with ploom. Plan to have them pave the driveway in the spring. Great work, great workers and great comapny!! Hi recomend!! Ben the owner will take care of you!!

      One of the worst examples of customer service Ive ever encountered! No communication. Written estimate not honored.Mediocre work. The crew didnt know what they were supposed to do and the owner didnt bother showing up to instruct them or look over their work. Actually they were in our front yard playing with a soccer ball and talking trash about their girlfriends in the most vile way possible (they didnt know we could hear them).The owner is all about the money and cant even wait until the job is complete to start harassing you for the balance which mysteriously increased without explanation. When I tried to discuss this with Ben, the owner, he became hostile, which tells you he couldnt care less about customer satisfaction.Save yourself the aggravation. Spend your money elsewhere!

      I hired Dukes to remove a tree. When I was contacted Via email he asked for pictures to be sent and once I sent them he quoted me $800 for the tree to be dropped. After 2 days he sent another email claiming he needed to raise the price to $1200. I agreed and after a week no one returned to finish the removal. Once I told him that I would not be continuing the job he sent an invoice for the full initial quote of $800 for a job that was not even 25% done. He noted he sent 2 crews out to work on the tree, but only the first crew did any work. The second came down and spent the entire time on the phone with Ben who I was in contact with the set this job up. They did no work and left. After he sent me this I told him this was unreasonable and he ended up lowering the price on the invoice to $400 which is still outrageous.
