      On July 29th 2023. I dropped off my husbands suit and shirt to be cleaned for pick up on Saturday August 5. This was for a family Wedding. This happened at the ******** ** location. I went to pick it up on the morning of August 5th and was told they did not have it and to go to the ******* ** location So I then went to *******. Was told In ******* that they did not have it. Was also told that the manager would not speak to me. Needless to say. I have still not been contacted and the suit is still missing. **************** was non existent. No one I dealt with at either location was helpful at all. So I had to **** down a suit for our nieces wedding and my husbands suit is still missing. The fact that this business is getting awards is disgusting. The amazing thing is absolutely no contact from manager. The most upsetting is my husband is not an average size man who can just buy a suit and it fits. He is 53 140pds. Thank you for your time

      The customer is correct. The suit was delivered to our store in ****** on Thursday August 3rd. The barcode was was not scanned properly and put on the rack in ******.
      Regarding the General Manger not be available on Saturday. She was out of town.
      Monday morning August 7 the suit was found in ****** and delivered to the Plaistow location at 9am and the processing charges were removed before contacting the customer.
      We understand the customer's frustration. It was a combination of human error and a bad barcode scan. We have taken this experience as a learning ******* to ensure better accountability on overdue orders
