    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Juicebox apparently has a design flaw where the relay gets stuck open when the system overheats. **************** will offer you a coupon to purchase a new system rather than acknowledge that their charger is defective. customer service will lie and say they have reached out to a supervisor only to tell you later in the call that it is a colleague. According to their customer service there are 'no solutions at this time' and all team leaders have to email or call you back because they can't pass a call onto a supervisor. The company is engaging in lets make it so hard for customers to get to a resolution that they just take what we give them. Thankfully there are more competitors in the ev charging world these days.

    Have repeatedly tried to get ENEL to replace a defective car charger to no avail. Their customer service will fight tooth and nail to do anything other than blame the car for problems with their equipment. The car coincidentally works with all other chargers except the one I purchased from them. Do not recommend doing business with this company.
