I signed up to do events with this company. *****, the owner and marketer for this business explained to me that there would be ******* attendees at each of these events and that lead lists for ALL guests were to follow 7-10 days. She also stated that if you purchase to be at multiple events you get a discount. I offered to be at 3 because I believed for 900-1200 leads that was a fair price. You pay these types of events based on the number of leads you receive and the exposure. What was provided back to me was 66 guests, 5 of which were my own family. Almost 1/10th of what was promised. Other vendors explained that this is a scam. I tried to contact her about just paying for the 1 show i did and being refunded for the other 2 as what she advertised to me was untrue. She's quick to take your money and will disappear when you go to her with an issue. She also spoke on the phone about how lenient she was and if you can't do an even she understands. I spoke with a previous vendor who had issues of the event being rescheduled multiple times w/o notice and she was never refunded. She took the business owner to small claims court and she never showed up.

The Love Affair -- also known as **************************** Productions -- has presented their business as a wedding show host, to connect prospective vendors with prospective wedding parties. We signed up as a vendor for a show that was expected to occur on Nov. 5, 2023 at the Marriott in **********. Three days prior, we had not received any follow-up information about the show. Upon reaching out, we were informed the show had been postponed to Jan 21, ****, with no reason offered. Two weeks prior to the new date, I contacted the hotel directly, and again on the date of the rescheduled show, and was informed that the show was not going to be hosted at this location, and that they were fielding calls from several upset customers. *************************** did not return any of my voicemails requesting more information about the show(s), nor did she respond to our refund request email, until the morning of January 21, after presumably receiving a dispute notice in the mail from our credit card company. Her response stated she would not provide a refund. She is stealing people's money, and is ignoring all forms of communication when requested. The hotel confirmed that she was difficult to communicate with and had not paid her rental fees to use their space.
