      Sutton Management is awful. Our condo association FIRED them earlier this year. Sutton did very little, if anything, to fix anything on property. Many of us have had water leaks for years, and Sutton just tried to caulk it as a fix each time. Whenever I dealt with the owner, *******************, I was dealt with a foul-mouthed, condescending jerk who was as useful as a squeezed lemon. Our new management was left with a major burden that Sutton left behind. Lots of repairs must be made due to Sutton's negligence. Many of us question what the condo fees were put towards, since Sutton did very little except cause more problems. Please, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your property management needs. ******************* and Sutton Management will do nothing but seriously aggravate your condo board and owners. I STRONGLY urge the BBB to fully investigate their business practices.
