    I first ordered a pair of boots in Feb. of 2023. I exchanged them because one boot had a defect in the sole. No problem exchanging them. Got my second pair 6-8-23. When I received them I tried them on and one boot felt like something was on the insole. It was very uncomfortable. I took out the upper insole to see what it was, and it was a hard ridge going across the whole inner sole of the boot. I returned them to get my money back About two weeks after that I get the same boots in the mail with a note that says these boots are not defective. I took the boots to a local shoe repair man that has been in business over 40 yrs. to get his opinion. He told me the boot was definitely defective. Said it was dried glue that bunched up when the manufacturer was putting the boot together. sent a letter to ******** telling them this. Told them to email or call me. It has been about ten days and have not heard anything. Just want to return the defective boots for my money back. To avoid confusion my fiance has spoke with them several times on the phone and also has emailed them. Her name is *****************************. The order number for the boots is *******.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I will call you 11-7-23 between 8:00 am  and 12:00 pm  mountain time. Dont understand everything I am suppose to do.

    This order from Shoeline.com ******* for ***************************** was fully refunded on 11/16/2023 for a defective item for the amount of $244.90.

    I ordered a pair of boots on December 13th, I have not received anything. No boots, not even a shipping confirmation. The site says they ship within 2 business days - its a lie.
