Returns Policy
Online returns may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return packages must be post-marked within the 14 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
Returns must be received in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liner and tags intact. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial or sent back to you.
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Bobbles & Lace reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
