    Mission Possible was assigned my warranty repair from the appliance manufacturer. Absolutely useless technician with zero communication skills. Would not recommend.

    They are awful, the technician came to look at my three year old fridge. He said there was a refrigerant leak. After waiting a day for him to submit the paperwork to the warranty company, he texts me and tells me he recommended they replace my fridge.It was clear he didnt want to fix it. The warranty company found out that it was still under the manufacture warranty. We called the manufacture and they came out. There was no leak and the compressor was the problem. The tech asked what the refrigerant level was when Mission Possible checked it. We asked and never got a response. Avoid using this company like the plague. They do not want to fix things.
