      We recently used their services for an event. They provided a dirty tent and missed several items from our order. They offered to clean the tent, but in the mids of set up for an event that didn't make any sense. We asked them to take the tent back and issuea refund.When they billed us, they turned deposit into a fee and sent an invoice that indicated they were "discounting" us a certain amount however the numbers didn't add up. When I contacted them requesting they refund the overpayment and correct the billing i was told they had done all they would do. I highly suggest using another vendor for your party rental needs. Their billing practices are questionable at best.
