Over charged me $700. I questioned it and they said they would call me back and never did. Receipts say one amount and they charged me more. A voice mail said they charged more for something they were going to come back and do and they never did. They dug and took the dirt and rocks with them they said they were charging me for rocks and dirt and to fix my wall and they never did.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/07/2023

We have reached out ******************** many times. She does not answer her phone or call us back. Technician, Nick called her on the day of installation (7/26/23) to explain the charges, she did not answer or call us back.

We did charge her credit card she provided (7/31/23). Only then, did she call back (8/2/23) to question the charges. I, Tracey B, told her then I would have the technician call her to explain the charges. Technician, Nick, called her that day (8/2/23). She did not answer or call us back.

After that, company owner, Chris B, called her to explain we would be back to re-install the wall and rock that were removed to access the pump chamber. Again, no answer and no call back.

Then, the next correspondence with her is from a BBB Complaint. As of the day of the complaint (we received a call and an email on 9/5/23... the previous email was sent to an uncheck email) we had not had time to finish the job.

Today (9/7/23), we re-install the wall and rocks.

I am ATTACHING the invoice with the break down of what WE CHARGED HER. And below I am listing the actual cost of things. Honestly, it was a big job and we gave her a break.

    Pump Septic Tank $400

Vac truck to remove rock to access pump chamber $1800

New 230 volt Grinder Pump $2500

New alarm and off/on floats. $600

    Electrician to wire $400

    Confined Space Certification $650

    Riser $300

    Labor $1000

    TOTAL POSSIBLE COST $7650

Thank you for your time, looking forward to a resolution. Please confirm receipt.
