    Owner **** agree to fix my rims for 600 and it will come out brand new in 3 days and he would install it on my car .so I drop it off a week later is done .when I went to pick it up he told me he is too busy to install it . And he up charge me 795 . Because he drove to ****** to a different shop to get it fix .so I brought it home and install it my self .one of the rims have a leak .i got stranded on the side of the highway .i should of buy a new set with the price he charge .i call him and he said it is. Or his fault .is the shop that repair wheels fault .this is very mess up .his shop is basicly a shop that fix rims .pls help me fix this thanks

    The company has been in business for almost 10 years.

    The customer (************) contacted us requiring our services for wheels to be powder coated. He told us that he was going to do 2 sets of wheels and the color to be chosen was gloss black. We made a deal for $600 a set, but he kept changing his mind about the color and finally decided to go with a special gold color.  We didnt have the color so we had to order and the cost for the color is more. He was advised by **** (Manager ) about the price difference. We do get the wheels done in 3 days as long as we have the color in stock, as his original color was gloss black. One of his wheels had a bent on the face, we advised him that we couldnt repair that type of damage, so he insisted with my manager to get it done. On our website, we describe all our services and also we send to the customers every time we explain the process. I found a company in ****** that could fix the bent on the face of the wheel, so I contacted him, told him the price and he agreed to have it done. I drove 1 hour to ****** to drop off and 1 hour to pick up 2 days later. We didnt charge him extra for time/gas expenses. We always try to help our customers. The job was done perfectly by us ( repair scratches and powder coating). We have photos of the wheels and an invoice from the third-party company.  He made an appointment to come to pick up the wheels and for us to install them on the car for him. He showed up the next day without an appointment. I was working on a customer's car but I told him we could install it for him. He left the center rings at this house and we couldnt install the wheel for him. He inspected the wheels and paid for them. Then he returned and questioned me about the price. I explained to him that the $600 deal was for gloss black color wheels then he left. After 1 or 2 hours he sent me a pic of a wheel and a message saying I see you in court. 

    I tried to contact him by phone ********** and he refused to answer. We exchanged text messages and I told him we could take care of the problem ( leaking on the face of the wheel) even if it was something done by a third-party company which he knows and not done by us. 



    We have over 2000 customers. We always try our best to work with the customers and make them happy. 

    We are not running away from problems. I think the first step is to try to resolve the situation and work out the problem. With a simple phone call it can be resolved.
