5 starsI have been using Jamie Oil for auto delivery for a few years as they are dependable and the drivers are respectable of the property. I had, however, been using the company that installed my heating system for routine service. I decided to try Jamie for service and am glad I made the change. The technician arrived at our house within two hours of a no heat call. He told us what needed to be done and had the heat working within 1.5 hours. Excellent service for a fair price! 5 starsHello folks at Jamie Oil -We wanted to let you guys know you have a good one in Bill your electrician.Very professional and courteous.He did a great job of quickly troubleshooting the problem (which proved to be tricky) and kept us in the loop with explanations of what he suspected caused the problem.Once he finished his analysis, he explained the fix options and wasted no time in correcting the problem, put it all back together, and had us verify everything worked as expected Another great job by the Jamie crew.Thank You - and very much appreciated !Review fromJeffrey G

5 starsJamie Oil has been our heating oil dealer for many years, and they have always been reliable and prompt. But they really shined this past Sunday when our old hot water heater began leaking badly. I left a message with their answering service, and someone from Jamie called me back 7:15 Monday morning. By 9:30 am, a technician was at the house with a replacement tank, and the installation was complete several hours later. My wife and I are both experiencing medical issues, and it would have been very difficult if we would have had to wait days on end for this repair. Thank you, Jamie Oil!Review fromJohn S

5 starsI've owned three homes in ********** over the past 15 years and I have used Jamie Oil for all three. In one home they replaced an old furnace unit and in another they converted me from electric heat to central air. They have been prompt, professional, and the work has been done right. If there is a problem, they are there to fix it. During the extremely cold night in February 2023 my heat stopped working around 2 am. I called them and someone was at my house by 3:30 and the heat was on by 4. That's above and beyond. I will stay with Jamie Oil.Review fromDonna H.

1 starInherited Jamie from ********* who we had for 36 years without a problem. Initially a good relationship but soon thereafter the problems began - billing issues? Their accounting department did not know which end was up and to this day I know of three customers who have left. I keep getting emails about their services, as do other previous customers, relating to contracts, etc. even though we ended our relationship? Who is in charge? Terrible.
