      We retained Cutting Edge to manage the construcion of a custom built house in ********. The company has not completed the work and they owe sub-contractors hundreds of thousands of dollars that they have collected. The sub-contractors are due funds on invoices that are months in arrears. The company refueses to answer the phone, return calls or texts. The owner is a bold liar who has fooled many other customers. I cannot believe that he has not had pror complaints to the BBB. Sadly, I underatnd that he is affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, causing a tremendous conflict of interest.

      After repeated attempts, we heard from the owner. He denies the majority of the complaints and thinks that this type of behavior is common in the construction industry. We have agreed to move forward and allow the company to rectify the issues raised in the complaint. In our opinion, the root cause of this issue was gross mismanagement of the company. Many subcontractors have not been paid for work completed months ago. The owner is of the belief that he will have his financial situation solved soon. We will see.
