5 starsThey took our move from *******, MA to *********, ** a lovely and conflict-free process. They were extremely expert and quick movers. Made it a focus on wear masks when I was near, would have been perfect in the event that they were on the whole time yet I comprehend moving furniture with a veil on is awful. Movers were quick, proficient, supportive, accommodating. Great price, would have been useful suppose they took cards; actually would recommended.Review fromchristian g

5 starsGreat movers who were quick and able to handle everything with care. It was a extremely hot day and these guys were as yet careful and quick with everything. Also they were able to drive the tricky mountain roads nearby. They showed up EXACTLY ON TIME at 8am. We used their services for moving heavy items such as furniture. 5 starsEverything was simple from setting up the appointment time to managing the 4 people we recruited. They worked really hard. Every one of the guys were affable, PRODUCTIVE and took care of out stuff with care. We even had them stay to assemble some furnishings. It was a the entire day occasion and not one objection or absence of incredible SKILL from the guys helping or the office. I strongly suggest these movers.Review fromCarlton C

Worst movers ever. They packed for us and I thought they did a good job. Boy was I wrong. When it was delivered, it was a nightmare. I had a China cabinet that had chunks taken out of the wood and the table was also scratched. I had an end table that was literally shattered and another end table never even made it. I had 3 table lamps and pole lamp destroyed. We are still finding things that were never delivered. Save your stress and money and DO NOT USE THEM. I paid $7700 for this move and it was a nightmare.Coach USA Moving and Storage

Please email us at ******************************************************** so we can effectively assist you with your concerns. Your shipment was held at our ***************, ** warehouse before being loaded onto a truck for delivery on 4/15/2024. It was not stored in *******. Your move was arranged through a broker you hired, unrelated to Coach *** Moving, who provided an estimate that we honored in our contract. There were no additional charges by us after you and your broker had finalized all the costs. This move is classified as "self-pack," meaning the shipper/customer packed the items.

2 starsWe used Coach *** to move us over **** miles. We were promised by the sales person that the company would do an excellent job. The company that moved our belongings out of our house did an excellent job. They laid down protection on the floors and were careful, friendly and efficient. We thought the whole move would be just like that experience. It was far from it! Our furniture arrived with one expensive chair cut by a knife as they cut the plastic off and others with broken and gouged parts. When they brought it into the house, they took no precautions to protect the floor and consequently, we have many visible tracks and will have to replace the flooring. The basic insurance that comes with the move is worthless!! As a result, there is no incentive to do their best job. You can buy expensive insurance from them if you want to. Instead of buying the insurance, I would pay for a much more reliable company!Review fromCarmella F

1 starI recently had a delivery from ********* ********************************************* but had to Venmo my final payment to a *********************** The delivery was 50 boxes short of merchandise. The BoL had 82 piece to be delivered and we only received approximately 30 boxes, I have contacted ********* to no avail, Since ****************** is affiliated with you please check this. We are without household items, linens, *****, electrical appliances and some small furniture items. On Saturday November 18, 2023, a Venmo payment in the amount of $1,596.39 was sent to you at the completion of a delivery Let me say that the delivery men were the two most uneducated and rude individuals my husband and I have ever met.Everything they needed to assemble was done wrong, including putting the feet on two televisions. The desk they were to assemble had an attached L-section which they put on backwards and the desk looks nothing like a desk with an L should look like.There was to be a total of 82 items, and we only received approximately 25 to 30 boxes or packing bins. I have called customer service repeatedly and have spoken with ****** who referred me to *************** our original contact person when we contracted with ********* and ******* who arranged the delivery to RI.I have been promised return calls from both individuals this week and neither individual had the courtesy to return calls.I have been told I needed to file a claim with CIS which is totally unacceptable there are so many missing items I can't begin to list them all. They range from linens to small electrical appliances, to *****, to furniture.I am reaching out to you because you received the payment from this delivery and request the courtesy of a reply. I have spoken with legal counsel who advised I contact you prior to his filing a complaint with the ***** and the DOT.Please advise.Atty. ***** and ************************************Review fromJen K

Overall the move itself seemed fine. I paid 9k to move 2k sq ft. Few broken things no biggie. I am however absolutely appalled that the movers had the audacity to steal a pair of expensive sandals from my suitcase. They left the box and took the shoes. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.Coach USA Moving and Storage

We would first like to thank our customer for sharing their experience here with the BBB. Its good to hear that the overall move itself seemed fine. However, we are sorry to hear about the missing pair of expensive sandals. Customer indicated in her complaint, which she sent us directly, stating that she had packed a pair of sandals inside a box and placed them within one of her two suitcases. The suitcases were sealed prior to our arrival to start her move. Customer also stated that the suitcases were left in their garage for two weeks after delivery and the sandals were discovered missing at that time.All items picked up were itemized on an inventory sheet and verified all items are delivered at the time of delivery. However, at the time we loaded her goods into our truck, we did not know the contents of boxes, bins or suitcases that were already packed and sealed by the customer when our movers arrived to start loading the truck and therefore contents of boxes, bins, suitcases or alike are not individually listed. As a professional moving company, we understand that customers entrust their belongings to us to safely transport their items to their final destination. We take theft accusations very seriously and will immediately reprimand any employees whom we believe were involved in theft of customers belongings. We require all high valued items be declared and disclosed in writing at the time of the pick-up in order for us to assume liability in the event the item is reported missing at the time of delivery. This item was not declared or disclosed. Access to our warehouses are restricted and limited to individuals who are authorized and supervised at any given time.We are sincerely sorry that the customer is missing her sandals and as previously stated, we were not able to establish that the sandals were in our possession or that the suitcase was tampered with. However, as a gesture of goodwill we would like to offer our customer an amount of $50.00. Customer may reach out to our office to accept this goodwill offer or contact the claims company (www.movingclaims.net) to submit a claim under the carrier liability coverage option selected by the customer.Jen K

1 starI used Coach ****** for a long distance move. I was impressed with their employees. However 3 items arrived broken. Now they are offering me $98.00 (based on the insurance they advised me to purchase). They broke the base of a solid oak dining room table that would cost over $5,000.00 to replace if I could find one like it. With the acceptance of the money, I must sign a document stating I cant write a negative review or report the situation to anyone.I cant recommend them for a move!Review fromAbraham S

I recently had the pleasure of using Coach *** Moving to help me move my household goods into my new home. Their staff were friendly, professional and efficient.
