  This bank is not for the customer at all. I had what they call a fresh start loan because I couldn’t afford the 30 overdraft fees they gave me. I went in to pay this loan and handed Demaris the money stating I wanted it to go to the loan. I said “I need to leave to go to work is this all set?” She had said no problem and proceeded to tell me to go ahead and go to work. After I left she decided on her own accord to put this money into my overdrawn checking account instead of paying my loan. Now my account should never have been overdrawn because I took overdraft off my account. Then I get a phone call from the same bank just a different department telling me my payment is late and I was to come pay it right away or my accounts would be closed. I told her I did come pay it and had I known this woman Demaris was going to put my money in my overdrawn checking account instead of paying my loan, then I wouldn’t have done it that way. I could have put it in my savings and paid this loan through my banking app. She should have called me right away and said I can’t pay the loan without putting it in your checking account how do you want me to proceed?… And I would of told her to put it into my savings and it would have been taken care of and been on time. What I don’t like is corporate nobody’s taking advantage of the little guy. If you want a bank that isn’t for their customers and doesn’t admit fault even when they lie directly to your face and takes advantage of you at every turn… Do you know I tried to get a loan for a car costing around $7000…. So that it would be affordable for me and my family and Athol credit union told me to get a newer model car less than 10 years old with low mileage which left me with a 30,000$ loan and a $650 a month car payment. Thank you ACU! for getting rich off the backs of poor people. I don’t like being ripped or being taken advantage of and I don’t want my bank lying to my face.
