    ****** ******** of stateline restorations did beyond subpar work on our home. We fired ****** and brought in another contractor to **** all of his work and finish the job. ****** was paid ******* in cash for the work he did and to purchase flooring that he never purchased. At this time *** ******** is submitting false statements requesting more money and threatening to put a lein on our home if we dont pay up. He is claiming he did ******** worth of work. The pictures included will depict what he actually did.

    customer hired ******************** to do work that the insurance company is paying for and we don't ********* numbers th insurance  does  we use exactamate we go off of there pricing I told her I will.wave th 1000 deductible  there was a bedroom 13x15 that wasn't on th claim she said sh wanted us to do.that also.install flooring I told her I would hav to.collect the deductible  than .she said ok th floor was 900 just materials  i woulda did labor for free we repaired all exterior work now we was coming inside to finish th interior work  I told her we need th information  for th flooring of th one room tht ins was paying for this was a friday she said I will get it this weekend a week later she calls me and says I'm ripping her off she gt 2 contractors  and they said I was over charging her .and she wanted mony back and tht I left a week ago and havnt been back I told her I been waiting on you to send me th info for flooring so I could get it  th job wraped up we only had one day left to do th floor and paint and get everything right she fired us .I told her there is a *** duo she started calling threatening me tht I won't do another job in mass and she was going to th police and makn a complaint and sh was calling bbb I told her I will hav to put a lien on her property she was textn me along with her husband  at th  same time I hav ****** text messages it was all about th 1000 deductible  she started crying tht they was BROKE and didn't hav any money .I woulda worked with them we do.payment plans and im.easy to work with I'm a family man I understand people are hurting I would probably even let th 1000 go and did th floor but she didn't come to me and treat me right we did th work th right way we wasn't complete with th details of th job she came at me very ignorant .I now hav a lien on her property I was going to take her to small claims  but I feel bad for her and I kno she going throu a hard time so I will leave it alone but th lien will.stay and at some point we will get paid if she takes us to court I have all.facts pics and texts customer cannot benefit from ins claims.its froud
