    Ordered tile from ********** and had USIG from *************** ************* for the installers. Did not have good luck from the beginning. It took 2 1/2 months for my installation date and when they showed up that morning they evaluated the floor in my bathroom they discovered it needed plywood to go under the cement board and also was concerned about the tile being underneath my tub, which it wasn't. So the installer said he needed to call the office and discuss it with them. They sat in my driveway for 15 minutes and then left without informing me what they were doing. I assumed they went to get supplies. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I tried calling the local office, after 15 times of the answering service telling me to leave a message I called the customer service number. They told me they sent a message to them and I should hear from them soon. 45 minutes later I sent the person I was dealing with an email telling her I need someone to call me. After another call to the customer service number, she finally called me 3 1/2 hours after the installers left my house and proceeded to tell me they weren't coming back because they were unable to install plywood and undercut the tile under the tub because of insurance reasons. So after waiting all that time, taking the day out of work, and being left with my bathroom torn apart they left me hanging. And when I got upset she got mad at me, told me I had to deal with ********** there was nothing else could do and hung up on me! Why don't they come and evaluate the job before the install date and make sure they can do the job you ask, I have no idea either and to just leave and not tell me what was happening is also total incompetence and ignorance. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company!
