    The customer service here is incredible!! We needed to ship several bulky items out of state from my daughter's dorm room. I was stressed and had no idea where to start. Found this place in a ****** search with great reviews. I'm so glad I went! The owner (I assume) was so patient with us. He showed us different options and figured out the least expensive way to do it. He even suggested using space saver vacuum bags to minimize bulk, told us where to get them, and vacuumed the bags for us on the spot! Then he created a custom size box to pack all the items in the smallest size possible, to further reduce shipping costs. On top of that, he used plastic wrap all around the box for more strength. The amount of time and care he took with us was unbelievable, in addition to taking care of, and treating other customers that came in, like famiIy. He was friendly, offered us coffee, and kept us entertained with delightful conversation, while he worked on our box! And as if all that weren't enough, he offered to store an item that would have cost an exorbitant amount to ship back, until my daughter returns to college in the fall. I was so relieved and so moved by his help and kindness, I literally cried!I can not recommend this business enough! Give Pigeon Post your business. This kind of customer service is exceedingly rare in this day and age, no question.
