I hired Empire Group to render a concepts in ***, yielding to me files that are an automatic output of creating design files in these programs. I requested 2D and 3D renderings of my concepts as well as transportable, workable files that would enable printing, file sharing and or 3D printing. Each of the previously-mentioned outputs is an automatic result of creating design files in the *** software program. When they last quoted me for work, their quote was close to $1,000 higher than I ended up paying elsewhere - and I went elsewhere because the quote was high. I don't think they liked that I left and consequently they are only yielding to me the 3D printing version of the work and not the useable STL version despite a couple of follow-up requests. They in fact are not responding to me. They also claimed that with every project prepayment the customer receives "2 or 3" revisions to the design. I received none. I told them that they could keep the time because I did not go with them after they had done a review meeting on the concept that generated the really high quote I previously mentioned. This behavior by this firm is ***** and is also hampering my ability to move my concepts forward, as the firm was already slow and light on service and responsiveness before I decided to go elsewhere. Please help me get the work product I paid for from this company.
