      I purchase a yoga instructor package from this company. No where in the description of the coursework did the company state there was going to be four **** page essays required of the student. I personally believe this is an important detail intentionally left out in order to avoid students going elsewhere for a yoga certification. I tried to comply to the course work but this requirement became a constant frustration and the aforementions statement is the reason why I felt wronged. I believe requiring a student to spend 24 hours writing essays is fine as long as you provide that information when a student is shopping for a yoga certification. I assure you I am not the first student to feel this way. But I have a recourse in this forum. I would like a full refund so that I may seek coursework elsewhere. I will be making this aspect known in my yoga forum as well.

      Aura always strives to provide what is expected of the student, not only in the description (which the essays are mentioned), but, also in the course syllabus which is in the Introduction Section of your course.  Students can read through the in-depth details of each assignment, and if they do not agree with them can obtain a refund within the trial period. You have had your course for 6 months.


      The ***** page statement is not a truthful statement.  No where in your course is it asking for that.  3 pages is the standard, and those do not take 24 hours to complete. 


      This section, as well as the assignments of the course is supported by Yoga Alliance as a way to promote in-depth learning and understanding of topics which we and they deem important to the standards for Yoga Teacher Certification.


      This statement sent to the BBB was the first we have heard from you about your troubles on the essays, and we would like to help you.  No student should be left feeling frustrated.  Please contact Student Support via email, phone, Zoom. Support is unlimited, and included in your course. This information will be provided in your course syllabus, the very first document in your course.
