    This company is not what it was when I first used their services several years ago. It appears that the owner has expanded his business portfolio into other businesses and no longer gives his moving company the attention or resources to deliver quality service.We hired Eadygopro movers for the same level of service they provided to us in the past. The owner agreed to accommodate our moving needs. On the day of the move, the movers did not show up. When following up with them we were told the movers were on another job and were running late. They never showed. They came the next day without the tools to complete the job or the number of people needed for the move. As a result there was damage caused to the floors at both properties and very little furniture was moved. The owner insisted that we pay even though the move was not completed but said he would send more employees a few days later to complete the move. It was a complete repeat. The movers were late and did not have to tools to complete the job so they informed us they would once again only be moving a limited amount of items. We contacted the owner and he took no accountability for the poorly managed move. His employees insisted they were not provided with the proper tools to complete the job and the owner shifted the blame to us-- the customers. Rather than go back and forth we requested a refund and the owner refused. The apartment looked as if nothing had been moved and were were out $1250.00. The owner took no accountability. He wanted us to let them continue to waste our time and insisted that the workers get tools to complete the job. The workers felt it was the owner's responsibility and that they were not being adequately set up for success. After 3 days of no shows, late shows, damaged floors, and incomplete moves the owner refused to issue a full refund. This felt like a scam. The company is poorly managed and the owner refused to make right what was poorly done.
