    On 1/3/2024, I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus from Route 12 Automotive in **********. The sales man ( Tyler) took the car for its inspection sticker. The inspection company passed the car. But the day after buying the car I had it re-inspected because the exhaust was very loud. The car failed inspection, they had to remover the exhaust because it was about to fall off. Also frozen pistons on my brakes, 4 dry rotted tires, 3 cracks in the windshield. I set up a time and date with Tyler for him to start repairs and took the day off from work to do so. I went to Route 12 Automotive and the kid never showed up. Then when I got him on the phone. He was telling me that I cased the issues with the car. Tyler, basically had an illegal inspection sticker on the car to lock me into the sale. The car is not safe by any means! I've included 3 documents. From the inspection company. Also is a list of reasons why the car should've failed inspection. From another company. Which is listed on top.

    I have not heard from the company at all. They're not trying to make this right.
    I had to replace the 4 tires.
    The exhaust is still in my trunk and the brakes need to repaired immediately! This car never should've passed inspection. It was illegal for them to pass the car in this condition.'Im saving all the receipts for repairs out of my pocket.
