Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to any of my other car cohorts (going into the virtual rolodex as it were). Top notch communication both via voice and email. Prompt attention to details and speedy service. I didn't request an enclosed private delivery but that's what I got. They certainly specialize in higher end vehicles so you're getting the white glove treatment. Vehicle was located in central ******* and delivered to the *** region in less than 48 hours. Could not have been an easier transaction on either side of the arrangement.

Amazing service! If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy private transport service for your car, look no further. My particular situation was a bit more complicated given there were three parties involved in arranging the pick up and transport of my car from coast to coast. ** reached out prior to car pick up and provided all of the details we needed about what to expect. They provided contact information AND back up contact information for individuals at JS in case any of us had questions along the way. ** also provided clear instructions ahead of time on what to expect at delivery, and documentation that would need to be completed upon delivery. My car arrived in great condition a couple of days ahead of time. The driver was courteous and efficient. I truly cannot say enough good things about this outfit. 5 starsAfter dealing with so many unreliable transport companies in the past, JS was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were very communicative from pickup to delivery, I never once had to call them to get updates because they'd always keep me in the loop before I'd even think about it. Within 24 hours after pickup in NC, my vehicle was delivered in NY.
