    Driver was earlier than the expected delivery time, and communicated well to ensure it wasn't an issue. Dispatchers were super helpful in talking me through the process. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

    JS Transport was responsible for delivering our vehicle from *******, ******* to ******, MI. The purchase was finalized late Thursday and they had scheduled a pick-up of the vehicle in ******* by Friday evening. The delivery to ****** was made before 4:00 on Saturday afternoon. The efficiency, customer service, and professionalism of **** and the entire JS Transport Service team was terrific. The dealership indicated to me that they have a long history of doing business with JS Transport because of that customer care and professionalism. The contracted driver was Dmitry. I contacted him on Saturday, and he let me know that he would be there in a few hours. He was very pleasant and very professional. He took great care in unloading the vehicle and ensuring that the vehicle was in good shape even before he asked me to walk around with him. He took a video of the entire transfer which I greatly appreciated. He shared that video with me. I would highly recommend JS Transport Services to anyone. This was our first time doing a virtual purchase of a car. With the professionalism and ease of scheduling EVERYTHING I would certainly recommend the process. It was far better than I ever could have imagined. It will likely become my way of buying vehicles in THE future. To private customers who need to arrange their own vehicle transports to dealership who are looking for a reputable transport company with clearly high standards I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JSTRANSPORT!

    Wonderful experience. Had no idea what to expect shipping a vehicle for one that we never saw in person and hoping it would get here ok during hurricane ******. No worries quick delivery and no problems. Earlier than expected and very friendly ????Definitely recommend for anyone shipping several states away !!
