    I hired this team to clean my empty rental unit. Nothing over the top dirty but definitely needed to be cleaned before putting it on the market or renting it out again. I was pleased with the way the kitchen, stove, cabinets and fridge came out. The young lady who worked in that area did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the windows throughout the house were not done, the floors in at least one of the bedrooms was not washed and even the baseboards still had dirt on them! After seeing this, I felt uncertain if anything in that bedroom was cleaned. I lost confidence in the rest of the house for that matter. I saw cobwebs still in the sliding door track and felt I saw enough. In what seemed to be an honest attempt to correct this issue, the owner came by with an assistant and both verified that the work was insufficient and proceeded to clean the discrepancies themselves. They did not address the floor. Now I am told that in order to complete the original deep clean I requested, they would charge me additional monies to properly clean the bedroom floor. I feel as though it isn't right for them to ask me to pay additionally for work that should have already been done during the first team's visit. In fairness, they have offered $100 off my bill, but its not about the money, I need my floor cleaned.
