    Awesome!! I can't say enough good things here. It all started with another **** (Ashland location) company that showed up and took my furnace apart and could not figure out how to put back together and said it was unrepairable!!! I then called *** and they came out the same day! I cant say enough great things of the customer service, they understood the situation and were sympathetic and got a tech out. Again, cant say enough of the techs! He came out was able to put back together the furnace, even when missing parts that the other company took with them!! I had the furnace back up running that night, but not only that it runs quieter and efficiently since. If you want a company that understands the things that need to be done on a New England heating system and customer service that is responsive, these are the people to call. Thank you so much AEC !!!

    Used Advanced Energy concepts for years. They did all my Heating and plumbing work in my house. No issues.

    Terrible customer service, created giant messes, lied to me on multiple occasions. Will say anything to get the project, and not actually answer questions.When the came to give the quote I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house but when they went to install it it wouldn't fit behind the house according to code.I constantly had to hound them to finish the job and started in the spring and then they didn't finish until the winter after saying they could start in 2 weeks. Left me without heat on below freezing days because they were not finished. Didn't honor parts of the contract. Charged for servicing even though the contract says it's free for 3 years.Tried to charge me for things they didn't install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. Left gaping holes in my home for months.I Had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and didn't tell me I had to remove the propane to do so and then the town wouldn't permit there work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. Had to hound them to get permits including oil tank removal permit which they never pulled and I still don't have!!! The end result was an expensive system that I think is mis configured and ill fitting for my home (does not remove humidity properly). If you'd like to do the project management yourself, hire this company.That said there was one very nice technician but I wouldn't have them install anything.
