    Casella gave us a date for pick up of couch took money day called. Date came no pick up when called them they claimed they have 7 more days to actually pick up. Really?!!!! Dont use this company not reliable!

    I have been with Casella since they started. They have messed up so many times and was supposed to credit me a few times and didn't. They are the worse. Now I am moving and will have *****, a professional company..

    On July 21st 2023, this company while picking up my thrash, stopped by one of my entrance post and wall which is about twenty feet away from where my thras is sitting, why wife was on her morning walk down the street and watched the driver of the truck purposely used the two prongs that comes out of the truck to hit my wall couple of times breaking the wall and compromising the whole foundation of the wall, the truck then moved up with the prongs sticking out and picked the trash, the driver then retracted the prongs which is caught on camera and also a second camera which can see the truck through the ***** stopping at the wall. the truck then moved to the next door and prongs out, picked their trash. this was also caught on my neighbours ring camera, plus my wife being withness to this. I called Casella and they came over, and i got a claim number a month later. it was a hustle dealing with adjuster because they wont pick up or call back. when he did, he asked i send video. The video was hard to send by email due to it being large, i was able to send two videos, even though my wife saw this unprofessional and racist driver destroy my property, casella denied the claim. I had to pay the contractor that built it to fix it. Will be filing a civil at the court and i am switching to to a local trash business, *******.

    Again Casella has not picked up my garbage. Last time I called they wanted to charge me to send a truck to pick up. Its a waste of money. Service is terrible and customer service is rude. Im going back to *****************.

    I always call in July every year to see who has the best prices for an annual cost. Casella was picking up my old company (Lillac) but wanted to keep me as a customer so they told me they would honor the price lilac had given me the year before. I was amazed because all prices have been increased and I told them so. I carefully documented the name, date and statement. When August came around, the bill came over $100 more than what they had promised me for the yearly cost. When I called them just over a month after my phone call in July, they said they charged me what ****** had shared with them would be the cost not what I had paid the year before. When I told them this was not fair, that I would have never signed up with them, they said I still would owe a full month of garbage service for August and they picked up my toter a week and a half early. They told me a manager would call me back and no one called. Just received a bill for August and switched to Dependable which the name has suited this business.I have tried calling several times and the only thing I finally received was lowering the monthly cost for August to be the same of Dependables monthly cost even if I hadn't had a full month with Casella. The manager said they could look at *****'s cost again but I had already switched. They should have done that from the start.
