    Business Response

    Date: 05/12/2025

Thank you for reaching out and allowing us the opportunity to address this concern. We understand and respect how important privacy and communication preferences are.

The contact information in question was provided by the complainant when they entered a window and door giveaway at our booth during the ***** ****** Home Show on April 12, 2025.

As part of that entry, they gave written consent to be contacted via phone, email, text, or mail for product-related information, and acknowledged that their information could be used for marketing purposes, as clearly outlined on the entry form.

In following up, our intent was simply to connect regarding the giveaway, in accordance with those permissions. We attempted to reach the complainant, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Had they answered or contacted us directly to request no further communication, we would have promptly honored that.

We sincerely apologize if these outreach attempts caused any frustration. As soon as we were made aware of their preference through the Better Business Bureau, we immediately removed them from our contact list.

At Rescom, we take customer concerns seriously and are fully committed to honoring all requests to stop contact. We value every interaction and appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please dont hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns were here to help.
