Repeated attempts dating back to January of 2024 for refund of charges applied to my credit card after service was cancelled. I have contacted Life Line and spoke with representatives in March, April an May of this year, in an attempt to have them issue the credit adjustment only to get no response or them telling me on several occasions that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the refund. It is now May 28th and on another call with their billing department they told me it would be an additional 4-6 weeks to receive my credit of $51.90. This company is preying on vulnerable adults, who often live on fixed incomes only to delay payment in hopes that they will give up trying to receive a credit adjustment that is due them.

Lifeline is back billing me $4500 for an ambulance ride on 12/31/21. **************************** arranged the ride to ***** ********* because they could not treat me there. I didn't pick the ambulance service and it was an emergency. In March Cigna paid Lifeline a portion of the bill and told me I was responsible for $0. In July Lifeline sent me a bill, said it was the second, and demanded the remaining balance. Though my employer and Cigna we arranged to have that amount reviewed. They supposedly worked with Lifeline to settle on an amount and end the issue. On 10/11/22 I received another bill for $4500 and called Cigna. Apparently they are giving ***** the run around, won't call them back, don't answer the phone. Now it looks like they just want all the money and won't talk to *****. All through ** Ambulance companies have agreements with Ins companies on the amount they will get reimbursed. Why doesn't Lifeline do this? Why are refusing to even talk to *****? They are not acting in good faith here.
