      I had the worst experience with Atrius Health @ Burlington. We were charged for a service that wasn't provided to my daughter and when I questioned their invoice I was not given any justification. I spoke over phone with someone in billing and they had zero concern. They were not able to answer my questions expect pointing me to service code. They didn't care I was their customer for over *******. I strongly believe, they are committing fraud by overcharging their customers and most of us don't realize this, because don't look deep in to their billing statements and how much was charged to insurance. I will look for another practice and my family is not coming back to this place ever again.

      I just had the worst experience speaking with someone at Atrius Health, not only did they call me a liar, but they hung up on me. I needed an IVF medication within the next 2 hours and she told me that I would have to wait to see if someone would get back to me. Her name is ******.

      76 yrs old, limited income. Had been feeling tired and bothered by a chest cough. Having once endured a bout with pneumonia, I worry. The thermometer in my med cabinet is broken, so decided to ask to have my temp taken during a visit for an unrelated ultrasound. They refused to do so without setting up an appointment that would cost me a $25 co-pay. I said I was trying to avoid a $25 charge just to check my temp but would have made such an appointment if I had a fever. They refused. I'd been routinely 'wanded' on several occasions for med visits during pandemic years and suddenly they want to push me into a $25 appointment for a simple passing of a wand over my forehead. They mentioned "due diligence" which must refer to their corporate responsibility to extract a fee whenever possible. What a horrible, uncaring approach to medicine!They were once great - then Optum sucked them up with the lure of increasing revenue by cutting services.

      Atrius health has no regard for how you want your care managed and actively blocked me from getting medications and care i needed. I was forced to go to multiple appointments that i got nothing out of, but am expected to pay top billing for them anyway, because of their unethical, and nonsensical coding practices. Terrible quality of care and way too expensive for what they do. Their behavior suggests they are only concerned with finding ways to drive up the bill and costs associated with visits, and if you have anything emergent, they are just goignt o get in the way. They should be shut down for how their below par service and treatment of patients.

      This money-hungry business is completely neglectful of its ailing patients, keeping them on hold for far too long, and finally answered by remote help who are not in the location you thought you called, leading to further hold time and more aggravation. To add insult to injury they promote services constantly while they have a captive audience and try to establish how wonderful they are. This should not be how medical care is approached. That is my opinion. Since I have to pick a star I chose 1, thought they deserve zero.
