    The Fulham group does not honor warranties on their product, they lead you through a never ending loop of questions, emails, demands of pictures and more pictures of broken product so they can figure out where they went wrong. You can not resolve problems via the customer service phone line. You must email them and wait days for a reply which gets you no where. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Avoid them.

    I had purchased a vertical propane smoker model COS-244, that at time was highly rated.I proceeded to use it nearly every week for my business. It has been kept out of the elements and stored in a dry place after each use. It was working well until a month or so ago. The regulator had stopped working and would not allow the gas to feed into the burner. I have attempted with four phone calls with only one call back when the issue was NOT resolved. Because of this I am losing many customers and my second income. I attempted a second approach with detailed information including a clear photo of the manufactures plate which gives the serial number as well as the model number to ensure there was no miscommunication. Yet still after waiting and checking my emails thoroughly there is still zero response from the Fulham Group. This lack of consideration and lack of response to my inquiry has left me very displeased with dealing with The Fulham Group and leaving me to never purchase another product from Cuisinart.
