    On 8-17-2024 I placed an order for low protein foods ( my granddaughter has PKU), received email confirmation # ****** for the amount of $ ****** on same day 8-17-2024. Charge to my debit card cleared 8-19-2024. Have not received my order, I have called customer service ( option #2 - check on order) due to upgrading their system you are asked to leave a detailed message and they will get back to you within 24 hours ( didnt happen)! Emailed ******************************** emailed ********************************** both with no response). Left a message in general mailbox ( no response). Finally talked to a representative from *************** as well as a representative from the ******************** both representatives located my order in their system and would find out why order has not shipped ( they saw no shortages on my order), one representative said they would email once shipped, other representative said she was flagging our call to her supervisor because she saw no reason for delay and would get back with me ( waiting to hear back as of yet)! I have been ordering from Cambrooke for 24 years without any issues until now!

    I received both a text and an email on 9-2 saying my ordered shipped and would receive on 9-4. Got it this morning. Both text and email were new. They never responded to any of the messages I had left or emails I sent.
