    I purchased an apostille service from IPS Notary (***************************) on 07/17/23 (more than 6 months ago). I paid $353 for 2 documents to be authenticated by both Massachusetts and the U.S. Department  of State, plus shipping the finalized documents to my address. I never received a single document. I have repeatedly followed up with him. He was extremely unresponsive, and the few times he did respond, he would just make excuses. After realizing I wasn't going to receive what I paid for, I asked for a refund. He is now refusing to respond. I have been more than patient, and waiting 6+ months for a simple apostille job is ridiculous.

    This was a misunderstanding and I have reached out to ************************* via email and resolved the issue (see attachment).

    ***************************** has been off duty since 11/20/23 due to severe injuries. He broke his shoulder, humerus bone, and fractured his neck (see attachment). While away, he has not had access to the ****Notary email account. ***** is still out recovering.

    The U.S. Dept. of State certifications have not come in yet. Their website indicates that service requests must be done by mail only and could take 10+ weeks.

    I did send ******* a second set of documents certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It was sent today via **** Priority Mail. He was given the tracking number by email.

    This BBB complaint should be deleted as it was a misunderstanding. Thank you!
