      Certa Pros painted my mother's house in May/June. In the process the painter(s) removed her outside light to paint around it. In the process of removing the lantern they managed to make it inoperable. My mother contacted the company, office person/mgr in Hyannis by the first name of ***** and told her what happened. I can attest to the fact that the light was in good working order prior to the paint job. This individual, ***** apologized and told her someone would be out the next day to set things right and fix the light. No one ever came out. My mother informed me that she called again but no one came out. As her daughter I am now advocating on behalf of my mother. I contacted the **************** several weeks ago and asked to have someone from the Hyannis, ** office/franchise please call me, no one returned my call. I called a second time, gave my contact information, the situation and asked again for a call back, no one called. I called a third time and spoke to a person named **** or *** and asked to speak to someone, he would not give me a local number as he said they are for internal use only. He put me on hold and stated that he was unable to reach anyone at the office and had to leave a message. I told ****/*** that I would be contacting the ************************* to file a report and that I would like a return call within 24 hours. No call was received. Two days later someone claiming to be the vice president of Certa Pro, highly unlikely, contacted my mother, not me. This person was very apologetic, stated someone would be out there the next day, no one has ever shown up. My 84 y/o mother paid thousands of dollars, we have tried on multiple occasions but they have made no attempts to resolve. They need to have a certified electrician, not painter schedule with ME a date to repair and be held responsible for their damage.
