    2 stars only because the staff was genuine, however the owner of the business did not seem to be bothered with safety and quality of the building. After a few times dropping off my dog, I noticed a rope on the outside of the door and asked the staff about it. They said thats how the owner always had it. I was shocked, then found out NO smoke detectors either. Now I started asking more questions like why is so drafty? Old building? Nope, come to find out the owner told staff to keep temps just cold enough so the pipes dont freeze. Aka barely use heat. Now Im finding this all out after my dog has dropped off in the past - the kennels my dog stayed in had no heat concrete kennels + no heat (Sorry right above freezing pipe temps) + boarding = one unhappy dog owner. Spring and late fall are nice during the day, but temps start to drop at night. I then one day had to use bathroom real quick and asked if had public restroom. I was told there was no bathroom in general for staff, but finally got a ****** Potty. Which is what was used in the winter as well. That was the last red flag to stop going. Boarding and doggy day care strive to care as their own, but this facility didnt seem to care for pets safety nor staff. This may seem minor to some, but genuinely concerned me.
