    I would like to let the whole world know that this owner( Brendan) of this company is not a man of integrity and honesty. His actions has cost me and my family a lot heartache and stress to our lives. His lack of experience in this field has cost us thousands of dollars as well ! We had him replace our oil Boiler/Burner with a brand new unit and with his mistakes and incompetency, had created a huge soot issue in our home. He never took responsibility for his actions and told his insurance company that it wasn't his fault. He never once offered to pay for his mistake so we ended up filing a claim through our insurance company to clean this mess up. As you all know, once you file a claim with an insurance company your next premium will increase quiet significantly. So I advise to you all, if you care at all about your home, I would not and never trust this company to do any work to your home.

    Im deeply sorry you were dissatisfied with our professional interaction. I would like to note that I was not the one who told the insurance it wasnt my fault, but instead a thorough investigation was completed by the insurance company and the town where I was determined to be not at fault. I make it a priority to provide the best service to all my customers and am always willing to accept responsibility and repair situations when I am in the wrong. I also ensure a warranty in all of my work as stated in every invoice and estimate sent to clients. This, however, was not one of those situations and it would have been inappropriate to accept fault in a problem that had occurred outside of the installation process and my direct work. Although I was not at fault, I did still come out to your home and spend over $500 in tools I do not carry (because this is not an instance Ive ever encountered and would never encounter) and cleaned an area of your home and the new equipment that had soot within it for no charge to you. It is documented that you did not notify your oil company of the new equipment installation and your oil company put oil into your equipment that it was not rated for. Further, I do have correspondence from all insurance companies stating my company was not at fault for the incident that occurred in your home, but the type of oil being put into your home by your oil company was potentially said problem (though you did not feel the need to go after the oil company). We have resolved this with all legal representatives and attorneys, where it was concluded by all parties that Schwartz Plumbing and Heating was not at fault, and at that we were told a home owners insurance claim was put it and then reneged for reasons unbeknownst to me. Therefore, although I continue to express sympathy for your situation I do not find it appropriate to continue to slander my company that I have built single handedly from the ground up. I hope you have resolved the problems in your home and we wish you the best in all of your future endeavors.
