    My daughter gets picked up from her ABA services everyday at 3pm and gets dropped off at home by JYL. At first she was arriving home at 3:30PM or earlier and then all of a sudden started getting dropped off at home between 4:20 and 5pm. I called and asked why she all of a sudden was now being dropped off so late. The response was Worcester kids need to be dropped off first. I asked if there could be a schedule made where she isn't always the last child dropped off but they refuse to compromise saying Worcester kids come first. So if you don't live in Worcester expect to have your child sit on the van for up to 2 hours. I have asked many times if they could come up with a schedule where every Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday my daughter gets dropped off first and the other days she gets dropped off last but they always refuse to make any adjustments to their schedule. The schedule is what it is and if you don't like to find another service. It feels like they are singling out a child because she lives outside of Worcester and now that we have complained they seem to make it a point she is always last to be dropped off. Poor customer service. I have tried to speak to the manager of the office several times and always told she will call me back to discuss but she has never called me back. We would love to have a good customer experience and discuss this with her. They create the drop of schedule and they should be able to make a comprise so my daughter isn't sitting on a van for 2 hours everyday waiting to be dropped off. Again I get she lives further away than the other kids but we should be able to come up with a reasonable solution where 2 out of the five days she is able to be dropped off first.
