    Run, do not walk, away from this motel. I booked a 3 night stay through *********** for me and my mother. We were awakened at 1am by screaming and door slamming of the next room and the room directly above us, young 20-somethings clearly back from a night of drinking. This continued until 3am. Neither I or my elderly mother got any sleep. When I spoke with the manager in the morning about the issue, he didnt seem to think it was a problem. I told him we were checking out and that I needed the 2nd and 3rd night charges credited to my credit card. I was told I had to go through ***********. I called them and they agreed it was unacceptable and confirmed that my account would be credited. I then asked for a credit for the parking charge they charged me. The fact that they charged for parking at all should have been a red flag. I was assured that I was only charged for one nights parking. Of course, when I checked my account the following week, they charged me for 3 nights parking. They also charged me the $1000+ for 3 nights stay. When I tried to call them, their voicemail box is full. Now I have to jump through hoops to dispute these charges, while having to pay another hotel for 2 nights. This is an extremely shady business. I would not recommend this place to any cape cod travelers. There are many nicer hotels that do not try to rip off their customers.
