This is related to the training and certification exam they offer. 1.) Questions in exam were not covered in their training.2.) Several questions were ambiguous.3.) After a couple of web searches it appears many fail on their 1st attempt.4.) Lack of practice questions and/or guidance.5.) Easy to cheat on exam unlike ********* certification exams.Leads me to believe if most people are passing after they have failed the 1st attempt, there could be cheating to pass exam.6.) Requirement is 80% to pass unlike other Oracle and ********* passing requirments.I have sent 6 emails and left 1 voicemail and no one responds.Prior to this issue, I did have a sales person contact me so I tried contacting her to see if she can put me in touche with someone who could help resolve my issue. But based off those emails, it appears I have to meet with sales and understand what services they offer before I can speak with someone regarding my issue around their certification exam.

    Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

Prior to my issues, there has been a salesperson who has tried to sell me their products.  According to the latest correspondence, this employee wants me to meet with a sales engineer first to discuss sales.  I have attached that correspondence.

Based off the above behavior from EDB employee, a certification exam designed for failure and no one responding to multiple inquires, there appears to be quite a few issues with this company.

    Thanks,
