    After reviewing the customer accounts on ********************, it is amazing that iRacing is able to maintain a customer base. Some of the most shady business practices on display. Bans, a broken appeal process, representatives from the company who cant even take the time to ensure they spell correctly in their response, and my own experience with both their protest and appeals process. I dont think it is legal for a company to sell a service, deny the service (suspension), and continue to charge a customer for the service they denied. You can either remove someone from your service and give them back the money they spent, or you can keep the money and allow the person to stay. You cannot have it both ways and I do not care what the agreement terms state. I would encourage everyone who has been denied refunds in the past for overreach on iRacings behalf to file disputes with their bank for services bought but not provided and get their refunds back. Customer abuse is a really ugly thing and itll come back to haunt this company at some point.
