    I have been calling and calling for 2 weeks now all I get is your in training or closed even though I am calling while your hours say you are open I have tried to sent an email from your site but it wants me to do the box I AM NOT A ROBOT but there is no box that I can click on that says I am not a robot. You have two other box that I did click on. I need your help I have needed help for 2 two weeks I need to to call me today PLEASE!!!!

    We left a message for the consumer with the correct phone number to contact us.  When the consumer called in, we explained that the product she has is discontinued and no longer being manufactured.  We offered to replace it with a product we do have available or to refund for the original purchase.

    I have called and called I left my number they said they would call me back. I also have sent emails not one phone call was returned I find this so hard to believe that a company would ignore,& disrespect customers like this is so unprofessional. May be if your C.S. read or understand. I have this issue when a company hires C.S. overseas and may be that is the problem. But I still some info.and I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO YOUR C.S.. Someone from upper management will do. No emails want to talk by phone.
