    I bought a car from the dealership Carz. Within 3 weeks of operating the brakes failed. There's illegal compression fittings on the vehicle is a safety issue. He refused to address the problem after he said bring him the car I had tow truck come he then started to refuse any responsibility. He's also selling and storing cars out of his home residence and I believe making repairs. I believe Carz intentions are to sell cars that are unsafe for road ways he knows he selling lemons.

    On 11/30/2024 **** purchased a car from me. It passed Massachusetts safety inspection shortly after purchase.  On December 17th he texted me that he had the brakes done.  I called him and recorded the call.  He stated he wanted me to pay his mechanic Kenny for the brake work he had done.  He refused to bring me the car to look at. He said I would take too long and he needed to drive it to work. He called me a f****** a****** and hung up. I couldn't understand why he wanted me to see it after he had someone install parts already. The alleged repairs he had Kenny do are not authorized by me.  I need to see the car and diagnose, order parts for , and install parts. I am not responsible for parts and services that **** allegedly has done to the Taurus without my authorization.  I need to see the vehicle and make a determination myself .  The call cant upload because it takes too many megabytes on this program.

     

    **** sent me "Kenny" phone number.  It is a ct number .

    Kenny stated that he is a freelance mechanic and doesn't actually work for a shop or business.  He was very vague about where he was from or any involvement with the Taurus, other than stating he replaced the front pads, rotors and calipers on both sides. He then hung up on me

    I am not sure what **** is referring to about compression fitting on this car.  To this day I have not seen photos or the car in person. The braking systems are heavily scrutinized during mass safety inspection and if there there is damaged or failing components , it would fail.  There is also no law under 540 cmr in reference to none commercial inspections prohibits a compression fitting.  If there was an illegal compression fighting or device at the time of inspection, the car old fail . Mr **** has been extremely difficult to deal with.  All my phone calls with **** have been recorded.
